Sweet Vanilla Butter Pancakes! We have hit 600 watchers!

Another landmark on this community here on the great kingdom of Deviantart! But with 600 watchers comes a time I introduce myself , like all friendships go . After all, you cannot support and trust someone without proper introductions.

Who am I?

My name is BubbleDriver. I prefer to be called Bubble, B.D or Bubbles and on the rare occasion 'Senpai' to someone who Voluntarily calls me that name. I frankly feel uncomfortable being referred to anything higher. I am first and foremost a friend and feel uncomfortable once people relegate me to a being of higher standing as it was what I was subjected to in real life.

Being placed on a pedestal means I am segregated from my friends , that I am somehow 'better' in every other aspect . I hate to break it to you wonderful people but I am a human being like the rest of you A very mortal, human of Chinese descent who resides in Singapore.

 I want to talk to you all, make goofy jokes, discuss sensitive topics and make stories and art like the rest of you. And frankly, I can only do that without the added  pressure of being relegated to a post I have no desire for.I am no better nor lesser than you. <3 What I want is to be Your friend. Sometimes if some of you are younger, I do not mind the endearment of 'Senpai' though I lack the confidence in myself to bear such a great title. You guys make me blush. You all obviously see the best in me I cannot see.But I do in some way feel responsible for those of you guys who are younger and who look up to me.

I make mistakes, I poop and fart . I am also very imperfect. Because I am a human being.

But all these aside , I love comics. Man, comics. I love telling stories. Most of my stories feature fantasy and role reversal. I also enjoy telling traditional myths from a different perspective or 'Disney'-fying  stories.A story does not have to be harsh or unkind to prove a point. I love comics. This will turn into a huge journal entry to tell of my great romance but it is to say three of my greatest loves are 1.Storytelling 2.comics 3.Art

When you tell a story, you create whole worlds , whole people , creatures from your imagination. And that is what makes us so important and powerful.

I ALSO enjoy writing long journal entries on my day, tutorials, or cool stuff I think you awesome folk might be interested in!

Also, I am a huge Gaiaonline addict. Dem avvies are so kyoot. I also like Transformers, Sailor moon, and several other cartoons and anime.

I am 23 years old and live in Singapore. I am quite friendly, I love meeting new people so long as they are not bullies or arrogant or judgmental.

As I mention. All of my stories , and pictures have been commented By many Of you lovely people to strike a powerful note in YOU. Be it for nostalgia, be it a powerful message and ....it makes me happy . Because I seek, through my stories, my art, and writing to hereby promote the following.To unite people towards Anti-bullying, autism awareness and also a shared appreciation for nostalgia and wonder through my works !    

WHY

If you watch me for sometime now,you would have realized I talk often of my past.It's old news to some of you guys that I was a victim of abuse and still suffer to date from the aftereffects of such actions due to such creatures.

Throughout my life, there has not been a moment of peace.And I do not wish to see anyone, especially my friends subject to being stalked, being harassed, being emotionally or mentally manipulated. Or subject or physical mental or emotional abuse.
There is a reason why I choose not to forget.My abusers got off scott-free,remain at large and receive no recrimination for their actions. I choose not to forget because forgetting means complacency. Complacency equals someone else getting into an abusive relationship or thinking that such horrendous acts done to them is justified.Complacency means someone out there committing suicide because they feel hopeless, that they have no one who empathizes with them or knows what they are going through. Complacency means someone not realizing what they are doing to someone they hold dear might be abuse and is not love or friendship. Complacency means horrible monsters allowed to take the sparkle out of an innocent's life for their sick pleasure. Complacency is turning your back on someone who might pleading for help.

However, what I do not stand for is going on a witch hunt on such people. Like snakes and adders, any further touch will poison you.But I do offer a forum for offering of comfort and solace you are not alone.

 And Bullying and abuse feature predominately in many of my stories.       

I  hope through my stories to show a bit of color, a bit of wonder that people once commented existed from a happy time in their childhood.It is my wish that future generations have a bit of what we had.A more hopeful,gentler, wonder-filled present.

I also wish to showcase and bring forth mental conditions and acceptance and support for people who have them .However, I choose to focus primarily on autism because of personal family reasons which I will disclose later on. 

Some one has got to do something. Maybe I am naive.Maybe I am idealistic or a fool to try. But I want to leave this world knowing I tried a bit to make it a safer, happier, brighter place for my loved ones. And so I do it through every story.   
 

What I stand for.

 To stand for those emotionally abused, I stand for the innocent whose names have been slandered for someone's sick pleasure and greed, I stand for those unable to speak up. I stand up for anyone who is/was subject to emotional,verbal,physical,mental abuse.

I stand for pure love, joy and wonder in artwork and spirit.
I stand to put an end to bullying in all shapes and forms.
I stand to make society a bit more aware of autism .
I stand to eradicate hate in all forms.
I stand for a just,inclusive society, without judgement,hate , prejudice and segregation due to race,gender,sexuality, social status and religion.
I stand for Autism-awareness.
I stand for a better happier, more  hopeful and imaginative society.

MY MISSION

To eradicate bullying. To spread awareness on Autism. To promote imagination, wonder, love, kindness and peace.
